BUILDING LONG-TERM CAREERS

Artist Development

Artist development, for me, has always been about clarity and intention. I’m interested in who an artist truly is, how they want to be perceived, and how to build a career that makes sense over time — not just around a single release or moment.

I work closely with artists to shape their artistic direction, refine their sound, and define a strong visual and narrative identity. From an A&R and creative strategy perspective, my role is to ask the right questions early, align creative choices with long-term objectives, and make sure every decision — from music to content to live — serves a coherent vision.

Beyond the creative side, I bring structure to the development process. I coordinate timelines, connect the right collaborators, and act as a bridge between artists, labels, publishers, and creative teams. My focus is on turning ideas into plans, and plans into execution, while protecting the artist’s identity at every stage.

What drives my approach is sustainability. I’m not interested in quick wins without foundations. I’m focused on building careers that can grow, adapt, and last.
