Organized and led large-scale international writing and production camps in cities ranging from Montreal to London (UK), bringing together artists, producers, and songwriters from around the world. Each camp was built as a high-performance creative environment, aligning artistic vision with strong logistics and clear strategic goals (ex: artist dev, sync, K-pop, …).

From an A&R and creative strategy standpoint, I carefully curated writing rooms to encourage the right collaborations and maximize both creative and commercial outcomes. Alongside the creative direction, I managed budgets and financial tracking, coordinated partner and brand activations, and ensured a consistently high-quality experience across all teams. The result was a streamlined, international-level camp combining creative ambition with precise execution.
